Cancellation without penalty for individual tourists is possible:
Not later than 7 days in the low season,
Not later than 10 days in the middle season,
Not later than 15 days in the High season and “White nights”.

Check out is earlier of indicated date:

In case when the tourist checks out before indicated date, hostel gets the cost of the current day and the cost of the next day of living as a penalty.

Order of cancellation of reservation for group of tourists (from 8 persons):

Cancellation without penalty for groups is possible:
Not later than 10 days in the low season,
Not later than 20 days in the middle season,
Not later than 30 days in the High season and “White nights”.

Check out is earlier of indicated date:

In case when the groups of tourists (from 8 persons) checks out before indicated date, hostel gets the cost of the current day and the cost of the next day of living as a penalty.
